I have another little studio nearby at Centennial Park. My partner and I run 2 little flats in the same street - we prefer it to living together 24/7! However, we do lease it sometimes for flexible periods. It's $450 to $500pw including furniture and equipment, all national calls, 120GB wireless internet, washer/dryer, massive north facing window (very sunny) on 6th floor of well maintained building. $450pw for stays of longer than 2 months.
